Expired Stock Helping Kangaroo Island Wildlife Affected by Bushfires In early January, staff at our Practice commenced the annual stocktake of clinical supplies and found that some bandages, syringes, plasters and medications had expired. As a result of the expired date, this stock cannot be used within the Practice. Our very innovative staff at Reception discovered through Facebook that Minton Farm Native Animal Rescue Centre at Cherry Gardens was seeking donations of stock for the injured wildlife affected by fires on Kangaroo Island. Royal Australian College of General Practice Accreditation (RACGP) Over the next few months, our Practice will be preparing to be accredited by the RACGP. Practice accreditation is independent recognition that our practice meets the requirements of governing industry standards. This process occurs every three years. The Practice will be assessed by a Doctor and Practice Manager from the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) via a set of standards.
