Stirling Central Health Clinic engaged the services of Client Focussed Evaluation Program (CFEP) to conduct an independent patient survey recently. You may have completed a survey when you were in the clinic in June or July.

 

The results have now been received, and we are pleased to report that 99% of all patient ratings in the 28 categories surveyed were ‘Good’, ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’. Furthermore, in 27 of the categories SCHC rated the same or above the National average of General Practices throughout Australia.

 

Our doctors and administrative staff received positive free text comments about the clinical and customer service provided.
