Dr Newman trained in Adelaide after graduating in 1986, completing his fellowship qualifications in Internal Medicine in 1994 and in Intensive Care Medicine in 2000.

Having practiced in the public and private sectors he now consults at Stirling Central Health Clinic and 344 South Terrace Adelaide.

His main interest is diagnostic medicine and management of the complex patient with multiple problems.
