Our Services

Our reception and nursing staff are here to help you get the right care in the right place at the right time. The more information you can give our staff, the easier it will be for them to help you. All information given to all staff is confidential.

We strive to triage our patients so that acute illness (particularly in children) and injuries are seen on the same day and we reserve appointments each day in order to meet this need. Occasionally it will be more medically appropriate you attend hospital instead of us, and the information you give us will help us direct you to the best possible care for your illness or injury.

While we strongly encourage continuity of care, appointments on the day may sometimes need to be made with a doctor other than your own GP. We encourage patients to make their non-urgent appointments well in advance so you can see your GP of choice.
