photo Dr Nina Tonkin is a general practitioner, having graduated MBBS from the University of Adelaide in 1981. After a clinical career in paediatrics and general practice, Dr Tonkin now consults exclusively as a Family Therapist. Dr Tonkin has extensive training in paediatrics, child and adolescent mental health and working with families, with post graduate qualifications in Child Health and Family Therapy. Dr Tonkin’s special interests are in psychological medicine, working with families, working with adolescents and EMDR therapy for the treatment of PTSD. Dr Tonkin is experienced in working with both individuals and families experiencing the following:
